Radville EDC Programs, Opportunities and Events
Small Business Loans Program
The EDC offers small business loans of up to $15,000 to new entrepreneurs and existing businesses at extremely attractive interest rates with terms of up to five years.  These secured loans may be used to purchase assets such as inventory and equipment, and are designed to retain existing local businesses and promote job-creating new ventures.
The Innovation Centre
In a former elementary school located at 720 Floren Street in Radville, just two blocks from Main Street and directly off Route 28, commercial space is available for long term lease from the Town of Radville.  The gymnasium and three classrooms are available to rent on a day-to-day basis for meetings and functions.  Existing businesses here include Radville Public Library Branch, Orbitz Salon and Day Spa, The Weight Shed, First Choice Consultants, Doreen Eagles MLA office and Radville EDC Office.
Radville Community Trade Show
This bi-annual event drew 61 exhibitors and over 700 attendees over two days in April, 2005.  Our next show is scheduled for 2007.  Features include entertainment, full concession, pancake breakfast, roast beef dinner, bar, door prize, silent auction and a live radio broadcast.
